A first-of-its-kind venue for Celebrities and their Dogs Striking A Hollywood Pose during the FILM FESTIVAL

September 9 – 14, 2010

(Toronto, Canada )  Thanks to Canine Culture, celebrity dogs will have their day at The Four-Legged Lounge, a first-of-its-kind  first class dog-house taking place during the FILM FESTIVAL

Canine Culture® Inc. has partnered with Central Image Agency Inc., and the out-of home entertainment news and image network The Hollywood Minute Inc. to produce a pet-centric lounge with a charitable outreach program during the celebrity-centred pandemonium of September.

The Four Legged Lounge,  September  9 – 14, 2010 – will be a Yorkville oasis, deep in the heart of film festival activity. The pet-centric lounge is a private lounge/doggie day-care for invited visiting film actors, directors, producers and writers – many of whom will be here for the FILM FESTIVAL- with their dogs. It will be a one-of-a-kind experience for the creative community and dog-lovers in general with a spotlight on various charitable causes.

Celebrity visitors will be invited to have their picture taken with a rescue animal: as well The Four-Legged Lounge sponsor, Canada’s well-known magazine, Modern Dog, will be on hand and offer visiting celebrities the opportunity to be featured on the cover of the magazine.

Helping Homeless Pets was created in 2006 to help pets who need a new home and to help reduce the number of pets who may become homeless. They do this by directly supporting  34 Pet Rescue Groups and current pet owners. To date, more than 3,700 pets have been rescued, thus far.


The Ontario Veterinary College Pet Trust Fund was established in 1986 and is the first charitable organization in Canada dedicated to advancing the health of companion animals. OVC Pet Trust honours the relationship between pets, their people and veterinary care-givers. By raising funds and supporting learning, healthcare and research at the Ontario Veterinary College. The Animal Cancer Centre will be the most advanced animal cancer research and treatment facility in Canada, and one of the finest in the world.
