One of my favourite television personalities Golden Gal Betty White, has joined forces with Sergeant’s® Pet Care Products and Morris Aniamal Foundaton for the ” Happy Cat Photo Contest.” Yes, a meow contest! Sorry my pretty doggies, Betty White is a cat person. But we like her anyway.
“Cats are wonderful pets and sometimes don’t get the respect they deserve. They make you laugh and they can laugh with you. They can be the best friends in the world,” said Betty White, an avid animal advocate ans strong supporter of the Morris Animal Foundation. Betty White will serve as judge of the photo-contest.
Enter Photos of Your Cat’s Photo in One of Three Categories to Win!
The contest runs from October 26, 2010 to December 15, 2010. Entries can be uploaded to sergeants.com and to view the contest photo gallery. Photos can be entered into one of three categories.
The Happy, Healthy Cat category includes photos of cats that best represents the happy, healthy contest theme.
The My Favourite Human category includes photos of cats with their favourite family, child or adult.
The My Favourite K9 category includes photos of cats with their favourite dog, to show the bonds of friendship common between the species.
Finalist in each category will be reviewed by Betty White, who will choose the Grand Prize winner and runners up. The Grand Prize winner will be featured on the cover of Animal News –will also receive a gift card from PetSmart and a gift assortment of products for cats from Sergeant’s Pet Care Proudcts. Runners up will also receive a gift card and gift assortments.
