Woofstock is shifting into holiday mode – a weekend-long winter festival and shopping extravaganza where dogs and owners can play, shop and meet Santa–and have their photo taken with the jolly old man himself.
Winter Woofstock’s highlights include:
Fashion show: Lively four-legged models will sport selections from the latest toasty doggie fashion lines.
Funny man Nathan Macintosh will host Winter Woofstock’s main stage on Saturday with talented judges:
Paul Bellini, Rob Trick, Tim Dorsch.
The hilarious Richard Ryder will host Winter Woofstock’s main stage on Sunday with talented judges:
Sarah Hillier, Andy Hull, Matt Baram.
Stupid Dog Trick Contest: Saturday’s winner will return to compete with Sunday’s finalists for the grand prize package.
Ms & Mr. Canine Canada Contest: Saturday’s winner will return to compete with Sunday’s finalist for the grand prize package.
Best Costume: Saturday’s winner will return to compete with Sunday’s finalist for the grand prize package.
Saturday: “Wiener Dog Race” where dachshunds race towards the finish line vying for the prize: a whack of Bullwinkle pizzles (chemical-free dried bull penises). Made from free ranging Brazillian cattle. Yum,yum…
Sunday: “Running of the Pugs” where these little chubby guys will snort their way to the grand prize: a year’s supply of Bullwrinkle pizzles. Whoopee.
