Recently the world-renowned television star of the popular show The Dog Whisperer, author Cesar Millan, visited a quaint pocket of downtown Toronto. At Cabbagetown’s Pet-Valu store, he met canines and humans and signed copies of his newest book ” How to Raise the Perfect Dog,” as well as 8x10s. Folks lined up for hours on the street to meet him. Canine Culture’s creator Bianca Kapteyn was there to capture key moments of Millan’s day. Within this milieu, Millan is the narrator and the dogs are the subjects drawn into the framework.
