WOOFSTOCK marked its 10th anniversary festival with the Doggleganger High Tea launch pawty at the iconic Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto. In attendance Sunday were canines dressed as Liberace, Paddington Bear, Green Lantern, Ed Grimley, Gene Simmons and Michael Jackson.
