High Tea has gone to the dogs – Woofstock kick-offs its groovy 15th season.

Woofstock, Toronto’s best festival for dogs, kicked off this past weekend with its retro-themed Peace Love Woof  Doggie High Tea at the Westin Harbour Castle.

This year, the dogs came dressed in costumes dedicated to the 1960s and 1970s decades.
